Checked in expecting smooth sailing, but ended up facing some snags. Had a night without water, which left me sweaty and unshowered. Also, I hoped for a king bed in a separate space but got a layout with the bed next to the sofa. Adding to it, we faced issues with broken elevators and a missing ice machine during our stay, which made hauling luggage up three flights a challenge.

the gym was out of order (which was disappointing). the breakfast had a nice variety, especially the sausage. our room had a great view of the lake. staff was friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that housekeeping was a bit light. they didn't replace toilet paper or put the iron back. But it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, pretty solid vibe!

The breakfast was excellent, Cinnabons and a variety of muffins! We also had a comfortable room with beds that were too soft, and too firm, a clever choice for all types of sleepers.

It wasn't cheap, but you know, it was acceptable.
